Our process is simple yet highly effective. All you have to do is print some letters, sign your name in blue ink and mail them to the address on the letter. Sounds simple, right? It's simple because some very advanced software does all the complex work. There is no set "step 1, step 2, step 3, ect." Every letter is custom created based not only on the responses received from the previous letter, but also the entire dispute process that has taken place from the beginning.

Anyone can go online and dispute an item directly with the credit bureaus. They make it seem easy so the average consumer believes once the item comes back as "verified" you have exhausted your dispute options, when in fact its only the beginning.

We suggest you DO NOT dispute items online! Why? We are seeing the credit bureaus are now including text such that once you dispute an item with them online you are agreeing not to ever dispute the item again. This is a big deal because the ONLY proof the credit bureaus must provide, under The Fair Credit Reporting Act, is the policies and procedures they followed to veryify your information. So they really prove nothing, yet you are agreeing to never bring it up again. I don't know about you, but we don't feel this is fair, or legal. This is too new to know if it will hold up in court or not, but we suggest you don't take the chance.
