There are several levels of Managers in our Compensation Plan.  A Manager is a Certified Credit Specialist (CCS) who excels with Ascend Credit Services and are offered a full time position with the company. A Manager is a self-motivated good communicator, that likes to help people and businesses in the financial market achieve all they can for their clients. As a Manager you will receive overrides on clients and affiliates you introduce to the company. There are several levels to this compensation plan that we will get into more detail with members who have achieved the level of success needed.
